I worked with Dr Ganesan at Rainsbrook between Feb 2020 – July 2020. He provided the Psychiatry Service in the Rainsbrook secure Training Centre once a week. During that time he arrived at the site punctual for the Clinic. He worked with the Young People age between 12 – 18yrs. He was always extremely professional mannered with the Young People and staff. Demonstrated co-operation and patient, as it is a very difficult environment to work within. Dr Ganesan prescribed according to the guidelines and formulary provided, he worked well within the Pharmacy Team.

We were very happy with Dr Ganesan whilst he worked with us at Rainsbrook. He was giving us advice and guidance regarding some of the country’s most vulnerable and riskiest youth in the country. Dr Ganesan worked really positively with the team with all of our colleagues. He provided regular clinics and inputted to the multi-disciplinary meetings throughout the centre. He was able to forge really positive relationships with challenging young people and was respected by all of them as he was by the staff. I would be very happy if Dr Ganesan came to work for us full time if he could as he was nothing but an asset to us at Rainsbrook.

The doctor listened to all I had to say and answered all my questions which was very reassuring. I feel that my child is in the best hands and i feel comfortable to raise any concerns I may have with Dr Ganesan. Thank you.
